Customers qualify for discount tiers based on their total seed purchases over a rolling 12-month period. As your annual spending increases, your discount tier updates automatically in real time. We review accounts quarterly to ensure ongoing eligibility, but if you reach a new tier at any point during the year, your discount will adjust immediately.
