With a background in Horticulture and Turf Management, he brings extensive knowledge of grass species, establishment practices, and performance across a wide range of environments and applications.
As an expert in both native and turfgrass systems, Zach is a trusted resource for customers seeking practical, results-driven recommendations. Whether helping clients select the right seed mix, troubleshoot establishment challenges, or navigate project specifications, he combines technical expertise with years of hands-on industry experience to deliver exceptional service and support.

Paul brings decades of experience in the seed and agricultural industries to AVSeeds. He studied herbicide research at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, before returning to Colorado, where he built an extensive career spanning vegetable seed production, procurement, and fertilizer sales.
Throughout his career, Paul has developed a deep understanding of agriculture and the seed industry, but what he values most are the people and relationships built along the way. His passion for agriculture stems from a lifelong appreciation for farming and ranching, and that perspective continues to shape his approach to serving customers and supporting the industry.
Known for his practical knowledge, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer success, Paul brings a wealth of experience and insight into the AVSeeds team. Outside of work, he enjoys the rural lifestyle and embodies grit, dedication, and respect for hard work that defines the agricultural community he proudly serves.
Lisa has been an integral part of the AVSeeds team for nearly 20 years, building an impressive career that has taken her through four different AVSeeds branches before stepping into her current role as Warehouse Manager. Originally from Arkansas, Lisa brings decades of experience, leadership, and operational expertise to the company.
Known for her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, Lisa takes great pride in ensuring every order is fulfilled accurately and presented professionally. She enjoys the process of coordinating and assembling orders, knowing that customers depend on AVSeeds to deliver exactly what they need when they need it. Her commitment to quality and efficiency helps keep daily operations running seamlessly.
As a leader, Lisa believes that listening to employees is the foundation of a successful team. She is respected for her approachable management style, genuine care for her coworkers, and ability to create a positive, supportive work environment. Tony has excelled in his role as an Inside Sales Specialist, specializing in government, municipal, and golf course projects. A graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Horticultural Business Management, Tony brings valuable industry expertise from his previous experience as an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent, where he developed a strong foundation in turfgrass management and course maintenance.
What inspires Tony most about the seed industry is the opportunity to help create something lasting from the very beginning. He appreciates the role seed plays in transforming landscapes and enjoys guiding customers through projects that start with a small seed and grow into thriving, successful spaces.
Outside of the office, Tony enjoys taking advantage of Colorado’s outdoors through skiing, hiking, and camping, and can often be found spending time on the golf course.
Teaghan began her career with AVSeeds as an Inside Sales Specialist after attending Colorado State University, where she earned a degree in Horticultural Business Management, combining her passion for plants, agriculture, and business development! She quickly expanded her role in managing retailer accounts, including local garden centers, landscape suppliers, and feed stores. She is passionate about educating retail partners and their staff on AVSeeds products, helping them better serve their customers and effectively market seed solutions to their target audiences.
In addition to her sales and account management responsibilities, Teaghan leads the company’s marketing initiatives, overseeing social media strategy, outreach campaigns, brand promotion, and event planning. Her combination of industry knowledge, customer-focused approach, and marketing expertise helps strengthen relationships with partners while growing awareness of the AVSeeds brand.
As a 6th generation Colorado Native, Teaghan enjoys spending her free time outdoors. You can find her hiking, snowboarding, or on the tennis court!
Raised in Washington’s Columbia Basin, David developed a passion for agriculture and the outdoors at an early age. Growing up, he spent countless hours alongside his father checking fields, collecting soil samples, hand-harvesting native seed, and working in seed warehouses, all experiences that laid the foundation for his career in the industry.
After graduating from the University of Idaho, he continued pursuing his love for natural resources and land stewardship through work in experimental forest logging and as a Wildland Firefighter. Following a decade of service in the United States Air Force, he returned to the West to be closer to family and reconnect with the landscapes that first inspired him.
Today, David brings a strong conservation-minded perspective to his role at AVSeeds. In his role as Procurement Lead, he works closely with growers and suppliers to secure quality seed and support the needs of customers across the region. His ability to build strong relationships and navigate the complexities of the seed industry makes him an invaluable resource to both the AVSeeds team and its customers.
Andre has been a cornerstone of the AVSeeds warehouse team for over 10 years and currently serves as Warehouse Lead. A Colorado native who grew up in the heart of agricultural country in Greeley, Andre brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and deep appreciation for the industry to his role every day.
Known for his precision and dedication, Andre takes pride in ensuring every order is carefully packaged and tailored to meet customer needs. From custom seed mixes to small package fulfillment, he understands that the products leaving the warehouse today will one day grow into successful landscapes, pastures, and restoration projects across the region. His commitment to quality, efficiency, and skill has even earned him recognition as AVSeeds’ “Best Forklift Operator.”
What Andre enjoys most about his work is the strong culture and camaraderie he has helped build within the warehouse team over the years. The role has also helped him grow personally, making him more outgoing and confident while developing lasting relationships with coworkers and customers alike.
Outside of work, Andre enjoys spending time with his family and remains passionate about the agricultural community he has been a part of his entire life.
Sean Paul is a valued member of the AVSeeds warehouse team, where he brings a strong work ethic, consistency, and a positive attitude to his role. Known for his reliability and attention to detail, he takes pride in completing tasks efficiently while maintaining quality in every order he helps prepare.
What he enjoys most about his work is the people and the team culture he gets to be part of each day. He approaches his responsibilities with care and a steady sense of pride, always striving to do his best and contribute to a smooth-running operation.
Outside of work, Sean Paul is an entrepreneur dedicated to supporting men transitioning from incarceration to independent living through sobriety and personal development. He is also a proud father and grandfather, and enjoys spending his free time outdoors hiking, fishing, and camping. His positive energy and sense of humor are appreciated throughout the warehouse, especially as the one who playfully recognizes Andre as the “best forklift operator” on the team.
Vince has been a valued member of the AVSeeds warehouse team for nearly two years, where he plays a key role in preparing and managing small seed mixes and outgoing UPS orders. His attention to detail and consistency help ensure that each order is accurately blended and meets customer specifications.
Outside of work, Vince enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and exploring Colorado’s landscapes. His steady work ethic and reliability make him a trusted part of the warehouse team.
