Processing Time

Due to the custom nature of our products, please allow 1-2 days of processing time to ship your order. This is in addition to ALL ship times.  Additional processing time may be required due to poor crop yields, delayed shipping, custom orders, etc. We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the first business day after we receive credit card authorization and verification.

 

Address

We are unable to ship FedEx to a PO Box, please use a physical address when ordering online.

 

Shipping Time

Orders typically take 3-5 days to arrive.  All orders are shipped from Denver, Colorado.

 

Bulk Orders

Please contact our office for large orders, Wholesale or Dealer orders.

 

Products not offered for online purchases

We offer a large variety of products.  At this time we are unable to offer individual species to be purchased online.  If you are looking for something not offered for online ordering, please call our office (303) 320-7500 and we are happy to assist you with shipping that product.

 

Return Policy

At AVSeeds, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines:

• Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Seeds must be in their original packaging – unopened and uncompromised.

• An original receipt is required for all returns.

If all conditions are met, we’ll issue a refund to your original method of payment.

Please note: We cannot accept returns on opened seed packages or items returned beyond the 30-day window.
