Job Title: Inside Sales Support Specialist

Salary Range: Hourly: $22.50 to $25 per hour (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and energetic individual to provide support to our sales and accounting teams while assisting in building and growing the Denver branch. The successful candidate should be passionate about providing outstanding customer service, learning the business, and have strong organizational and communication skills. Effective teamwork and collaboration with all levels of employees and management is essential in this role. This is an exceptional career opportunity with a stable and growing organization. Role and Responsibilities:

  • Be the branch’s ambassador through providing excellent service to walk-in, online and email customers including answering incoming phone calls
  • Process new and existing customer orders accurately and in a timely matter including online, phone, and walk-in sales orders
  • Manage customer accounts through the sales cycle and monitor website for orders and updates
  • Quote pricing, order fulfillment for sales orders and mixes, and re-stocking tech sheets
  • Meet or exceed performance objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 year business or sales experience
  • Authorization to work in the US

Preferred Skills

  • Exceptional customer service and relationship buildings skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Multiple project management ability and excellent written and verbal communication skills ensuring smooth sales operations
  • Sales, basic Ag, horticulture, and Enviro Science competencies preferred NOT required
  • Positive and productive attitude
  • Accurate and proficient keyboarding
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365, ability to learn and champion ERP and CRM

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred not required

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $22.50 to $25.00 per hour

This is a full-time onsite position. M-F 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
