Arkansas Valley Seed Is Proud To Be A Part of This New Way of Preserving Life
For the first time in Colorado, the remains of a person who went through human body decomposition. They were laid out in the hills of Fremont County Sunday. Our team at Arkansas Valley Seed is proud to be the supplier of the flower and native grass seeds to grow in this new way of preserving life and memories.
Human composting became legal in Colorado last year as a green alternative to burial or cremation. The body of the first person to go through the process has been converted to soil and spread on the land.
What is Human Composting?
More formally known as natural organic reduction, it’s a new, eco-friendly alternative to traditional burial or cremation, in which a human body is transformed into nutrient rich soil.
